Each entrant may also nominate one teacher, from the Entrant’s state of residence, as part of the entry (“Teacher Nominee”). Nomination of a teacher is not required for entry. In order to qualify as eligible: (i) Teacher Nominees must be currently employed as a teacher at an educational institution located within the state of residence of the Entrant both at the time of nomination and at the time of winner notification; and (ii) Teacher Nominees’ identity, employment as a teacher, and email address where they can currently be contacted must be verifiable through a publicly available website operated by the educational institution where the Teacher Nominee is employed.

TO ENTER: To enter this sweepstakes, visit https://myaa.online/b2s_sweeps (the “Web Site”) and access the sweepstakes entry form. Complete the entry form and submit as directed. Entries must be received by Advance America’s server by 11:59 pm EST on July 28, 2024. Advance America’s server is the official clock for this promotion. Limit one entry per person, regardless if the Entrant has more than one email address, plus additional entries for each successful reference of another Entrant.
DRAWING/PRIZE/WINNER NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted by the Advance America, or a designated agent of Advance America, at the end of the Promotion Period during which one Entrant and one Teacher Nominee will be selected from each Eligible State (“Potential Prize Winners”). Verification of eligibility will occur at the time the winner is selected. If Advance America, in Advance America’s sole discretion, cannot verify the eligibility of a Potential Prize Winner, the Potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and a new Potential Prize Winner will be selected in their place.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Prize Winners will be notified via email from email address: do-not-reply@service.advanceamerica.net, and will be required to sign and return, within five (5) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility and an IRS W-9 Form. These forms will require the Potential Prize Winner to furnish his/her Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Failure to timely return the completed Affidavit of Eligibility will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize will be awarded within no more than 14 days after the winner is verified.
If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if Potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules that Potential Prize Winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Only two (2) alternate winners may be determined through this process, after which the prize may remain un-awarded.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, and income taxes associated with winning prize.
